New Release: Task Management

Last weekend, the latest release of Sponsorvista was launched, introducing task management to the app. Task management makes it even easier to collaborate with other volunteers. You can easily create a task for each object (Contact, Sponsorship Deal, or Invoice). You can define who is primarily responsible for the task, as well as those who oversee the entire process (Reviewer). This allows every user to easily monitor the progress of all tasks and follow up on them effectively.

In your personal overview under your profile, you can see which tasks have been assigned to you. Using the filters, you can easily filter by your own tasks or by the tasks you oversee.

Additionally, within your organization, you can generate an overview of all created tasks, including those not assigned to you.
